RRAVS are holding a free Ways To Wellbeing public event at the Rayleigh Mill Arts and Events Centre on 24 March (2pm – 4pm).
Ways To Wellbeing is a free event to promote wellbeing, and is open to all members of the public. There will be over 40 stands offering advice, information and guidance on many physical and mental health issues and will include stands promoting local interest groups and hobbies that people may not be aware of or know how to access.
There are two keynote speakers. Carla Andrews (as seen on Good Morning Britain) will offer inspiration by speaking about “Overcoming Barriers” and her personal journey to wellbeing and overcoming challenging life experiences. Lucette Lane from ‘Therapy For You’ will give a motivational talk on the benefits of talking therapies and offer information on free services offered in the local area.
