Workshops helping to keep residents fit and healthy
Sessions funded by Sanctuary Housing have been providing older people in Rochford and Rayleigh with top tips on nutrition and hydration as well as health advice.
They are also being encouraged to try new activities by joining local groups and clubs.
Rayleigh, Rochford and District Association for Voluntary Service (RRAVS) are facilitating the workshops, run by Prosper, which is a collaboration between Essex County Council and the Anglia Ruskin Health Partnership.
